1- If you only want to view/search records, then you don't need to login, Just click on "Search Database".

2- If you cannot find your name and wish to add it, you must SIGN UP. You'll be asked for a USERID and a PASSWORD. They can be anything you like but the password must be greater than 3 characters long. Once registered, you can add, modify and delete your own details.

3- If you have already sighed up, just go to the LOGIN and enter your details.

4- If your name is already on the database, but you cannot modify your details, then just sign up as a new user and add your details.
